Welcome to MyState Australian Wooden Boat Festival Image Gallery (including Tall Ships Festival)

 

The MyState Australian Wooden Boat Festival is the largest wooden boat festival in the Southern Hemisphere, with more than 500 registered boats, from tall ships to exquisitely crafted canoes and everything in between.  It is a genuine celebration of our maritime heritage and our long history of building wooden boats in Tasmania, Australia’s island state. More than 200,000 visitors attend this free festival, staged once every two years. The spectacle takes in the entire waterfront of the capital city, Hobart.
